Alv Hill is Executive Vice President OAG Cargo, appointed July 2012.

Alv brings with him a broad wealth of the Supply Chain industry from experience gained as a Manager, Director and Consultant.

Formerly an Executive Consultant with Ernst & Young Alv has led numerous high profile European and global strategy development, re-engineering, and transformation programmes for client companies that include BP, Black & Decker, Johnson & Johnson, Rolls-Royce and BAE Systems.

Key roles have included leading the development and implementation of Black & Decker’s Pan European Supply Chain Strategy, and helping BAE Systems improve its approach in Group Marketing, Military Aircraft Division Sales, and Partnered Supply Chain.

Alv is an expert in the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and has a BSc (Hons) in Production Engineering and Management gained at Loughborough University of Technology.
